Summary:
In this key position this person will need to work with the rest of the IT Team to provide our client with an efficient, reliable, and sound technology environment. This role/person will need to partner closely with other members of the Information Technology department to create a synergy of skills and capabilities in a collaborative, highly team oriented environment.
Responsible for:
Third level applications support within the company.
Monitoring the progress of development projects and business databases/applications.
Identify need for applications and systems. Assured that the process aligns with the objectives and strategic plan of the organization.
Provide technology guidance when needed.
Ensure capacity, disaster recovery and performance of key systems.
Implement requested modifications and updates to the database structure and data, following standard change management system.
Ensure database integrity, stability and system availability.
Assure that development follows company standards, as well as generally accepted best practices.
Will provide documentation for training and users.

Technical SKILLS:
Thorough technical background combined with outstanding business skills, required.
Guru experience in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Windows Servers 2000, 2003, 2008 Business analysis skills Crystal Reports, iMIS, Sage Software Solutions, Microsoft SharePoint Services, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft IIS
High level of the following applications :
Microsoft SQL (Advanced) including installation, troubleshooting, performance management, tuning, and maintenance.
Microsoft Reporting Services.
VMWare ESX.
