Adecco is partnering with one of the world's leading computer innovaters for IT help desk positions. The company is needing full service Technical Support for hardware, software and dispatch. You will be working with and providing support primarily for one Global Account. You will need to be well versed with Internet Explorer 7.0, MS Office 2007, Windows XP and Vista, and MS Outlook
The help desk functions will be providing technical support over the telephone with 75% resolution success. The applicant will diagnose problems, provide resolution or dispatch field technician to solve problem as a last resort. The applicant will be responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of problem. The position requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication and customer care skills.
*Drug Test and National Background Check req***

This position does require an individual to pass a national background check for no felonies or misdemeanors and a drug test.

Some qualifications that are preferred but not required are: A+ certified,MCP, DCSE,as well as 2-4 years work experience in a related IT field.df-tc
