Description
Buena Park, CA: Hotline/Customer Service -This candidate will be pulling calls from their "hotline" voice mail message machine from "que" and providing customer service. Job also entails typing, data entry, quick & detailed oriented. Prefers someone who is technically inclined ie: electronics/mechanical aptitude. Someone who has worked for Fry's or Best Buy would be a good fit. First 2-3 weeks will be training and schedule will be 8-5. After that there will be a fixed schedule hours will vary from 5am-8pm and 1-2 Sat/Sun a month will be required (client is flexible) Ideally looking for someone who can look up parts in a manual as well as computer, and be on the phones (CS) on the que, and eventually will be dispatching.df-tc
