Description
Garden Grove, CA: Handle all incoming customer requests, may require some troubleshooting skills. Looking for someone who is technically inclined, manage new customer implementation process, customer follow up during and after. Light inside sales is required to upsale additions or new products. Will be scheduling appointments. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 yrs recent customer service and help desk experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to be self organize, and have the ability to prioritize. Basic PC skills, excellent phone skills and CS skills.
