Description
Provide Technical information, Customer Service, and trouble shooting assistance in accordance with company's warranty and service policy.

Referral and occasionally dispatch service calls to local Contract Service Centers or company ee's to complete field repairs when needed.

Provide back-up to an assigned territory for field In-Service Managers. Work with field service managers to keep territory for in-field CSC list current.

Review, verify and authorize warranty work on field reports returned by CSC's
