Job Description:
A Programmer Analyst will perform work of considerable difficulty in the analysis, design, programming, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of complex mainframe and Web applications; will convert customer needs into logical flowcharts for coding into computer language; design and code programs and Web pages; test and debug code; and maintain documentation of changes made; will modify existing programs to meet changing needs and prepare customer and information system documentation for the use of new and revised applications.
Experience in describing and documenting technical applications is desirable. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
