Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer inbound calls regarding service, product, and pricing.
Handle escalated calls with out of the box thinking
Provide compassionate customer service with professional behavior


Qualifications:

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Ability to listen, identify, and troubleshoot the callers problem
Must be fully bilingual (read, write, speakEnglish/Spanish)
