Job Description:
This individual will be accountable for the design, development, unit testing, system testing support, user acceptance testing support and production support of advanced facilities/financial applications.

Required Skills:
* Must have at least 2 years demonstrated experience in the development of user interfaces with XSL, including the use of XSL templates.
* Must have at least 3 years of strong skills in HTML and DHTML.
* Must have 2 years experience with a graphics package: Photoshop, Quark, etc
* Must have 2 years working knowledge and experience using C#, ASP.NET
* Must have 5 or more years of development experience in a corporate and/or government environment
* Must have at least two years experience in a leadership role.
* Must demonstrate the ability to provide accurate software development time estimates for system functionality

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with any enterprise testing suite
* Experience performing structured, formalized stress and performance testing
* Experience with performance tuning of IIS and other Microsoft Server products within a production environment
