Description
Customer Care Specialist receive and process our company's technical service calls, service activation applications (SARF'S) handle and document customer/prospect sales and marketing inquiries and/or complaints, coordinate internal issues with other departments as appropriate and handle external issues with Immarsat and country-specific regulatory agencies. receive general instructions and hands-on training on the scope of the work, detailed instructions on the specific special assignments and technical training on all related services and equipment.
record as cases in CRM database, all incoming calls, faxes, E-mails,commission applications and or enquiries received through contact customers/prospects, through other departments or through outside organizations and external operating procedures. provide prompt, and professional screening, pre qualification and or respond to all inbound calls and inquires including but not limited to E-mail, internet and other responses generated through direct marketing activities. ensure accurate customer data entry and maintence in the CRM databse of all customer interactions, activations, leads and opportunities and ensure timely follow-up and closure. work cross fuctionally with other departments, divisions, and business units to ensure seamless trouble free service,customer support and follow updf-tc
