Description
A local DFW company is seeking multi-lingual individuals to join their very fast-paced, call center environment.

If you are bilingual or trilingual in the following languages, please apply!

English, plus one or more of the following:
*French
*Mandarin
*Cantonese
*German
*Russian
*Spanish

Duties include, but are not limited to:

*Assisting customers with pricing, budgeting, scheduling, etc.
*Answering inbound calls in a timely and customer focused manner.
*Going above and beyond to resolve planning or scheduling issues/conflicts that may arise.
*Using analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complicated tasks.
*Documenting activities in the database.

Qualifications include:

*Some call center experience is preferred, but not required. (6 months+)
*Advanced communication skills.
*Computer and internet savvy.
*Minimum typing speed of 35wpm.
*Accurate data entry, 6000kph+

Because this is a call center dealing with customer WORLD-WIDE, applicants must be willing to work any shift, day, evening, night, weekend
and/or split shifts.
