Order Management Specialist
Immediate need for an Order Processor with Oracle Experience. Must have experience with enter orders into Oracle or SAP. Ideal candidate will have worked in the technical industry for a manufacture.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter orders in accordance with company policy and customer requirements.
Review all customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Book, schedule, and release orders to shipping.
Provide customer service to our distribution and reseller partners.
Maintain documentation of Order Management processes.
Process return requests (RMAs) and customer credits.
Interface with other departments to resolve customer and order issues.
Process internal requests for information.
Order Management Requirements:
Prior Order Management experience (3+ years)
Oracle (preferably Oracle 11i) or similar ERP System experience
Strong MS Office experience
Strong ability to professionally interact with all levels of management
Attention to detail, timely follow-up, and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with SOX 404
Education and Experience requirements
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required
Prior Order Management experience required
