Description
The Customer Support Representative works in our Technical Services Department. Duties include: providing merchant services product and service information; resolving product and service problems, particularly equipment and systems setup and maintenance, assisting with merchant setup, improvising service solutions, properly documenting customer conversations and resolutions on our computer system, and performing a wide variety of support functions internally via phone, email, and mail.



Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in merchant services technology (ATMs, POS terminals, Remote Deposit scanners, etc) a plus. Must be detail oriented, organized, and self disciplined. Must have great communication skills, able to multi-task and be able to start and finish a given task. Typing skills are needed along with familiarity with the basic MAC/PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
