Established, thriving company is seeking an Analyst/ admin. for the contracts department. This position will independently prepare and monitor subcontractor qualifications, including insurance requirements. Will analyze and prepare special subcontracting reports for various subsidiaries. Maintain accurate and timely government contract balances by contract line item (CLIN) across designated subsidiaries. Monitor status of subsidiary contracts and exercise independent judgment related to contractual matters and dispute resolution.
Also will assist with the development of small business outreach initiatives and maintain customer invoice files online and in hard copy form. Will also provide administrative support to management as needed.
Some travel will be required. Candidates MUST have strong MS Office Suite experience and demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience in Contract Management, Accounting or other analytical taskings is strongly preferred. A Bachelors degree is preferred but not a requirement. Qualified candidates should apply immediately.df-tc
