Financial company seeking an experienced and highly professional Web administrator to come join there organization! If you worked for a Financial Institution as a Web Administrator a HUGE plus!
Responsible for creating a positive and professional Internet and Intranet image for company.
oCreates, maintains, and updates company website and intranet to promote increased usage among members and employees.
oCommunicates with various department managers to obtain accurate and updated information for display on the company website and intranet. Integrates suggestions for new products and services to create an effective home branch service for members and effective knowledge resource center for employees.
oWorks closely with Marketing, Information Technology, Operations and Training to coordinate the website and intranet presentation with strategic objectives.
oStays informed about new technologies and trends in Internet and Intranet communications. Applies current technologies to website functions.
oAssists in reviewing and monitoring the work of vendors in the development of website services.
o identifies opportunities to improve website visitor satisfaction.
oResponds to questions and requests for information promptly.
oProjects and maintains company professional reputation on the Internet.
Responsible for effectively performing technical support functions.
oSupports day-to-day technical operations including Internet, Intranet, Website, and PC Access functions.
oProvides technical support for multi-media presentations.
oPursues, supports, and encourages new technology and ideas in attempting to provide better member services.
oTroubleshoots problems with hardware and software.
oEnsures that department operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for effectively performing member support services.
oAssists members and employees in accessing on-line resources and troubleshooting account problems. Provides information, answers questions, and tracks and resolves problems promptly.
oResponds to e-mail requests promptly and courteously.
oIdentifies opportunities to improve user satisfaction. Maintains supportive relationships with on-line members to ensure that their needs are met.
oInteracts with members and employees to increase satisfaction with the automated service system.
Responsible for maintaining professional business relations with external support and technical service contacts.
oDevelops and maintains effective relations with vendors and service providers.
oPreserves professional relationships with outside vendors when requesting upgrades and system assistance.Distributes materials on updated processes. Completes records and reports as assigned.

Experience/Skills
Hardware/Software/Internet functions presentations, word processing, HTML, and graphic applications. Website software design tools. 2 years min. website design, PC hardware, configuration, programming. 2 years Financial Institution background.
