Immediate need for call center supervisor seeking an established and stable company with a central location and long-term career growth opportunity. At least 2 years recent prior call center leadership experience as either a lead or supervisor along with a college degree required. Incredible communication and customer skills will be keys to success in this non-profit organization. Will be responsible for employee work scheduling, managing customer service metrics, day to day personnel management and quality control management along with day to day management of escalation concerns and building interdepartmental relationships, while ensuring quality output of customer service for this education company. Preferred prior experience working in a college or university setting within information technology, on-line learning, financial aid, student registration, student accounts, and/or admissions.
