Description
Currently looking for someone who can assist with the following:

General Inquiries about products and Basic troubleshooting over the phone
Maintaining and update database by CRM system
Identifying trends in issues and report it to upper management
Identifying gaps between desired and actual customer experiences
Enable standardization of processes and procedures
Risk identification work closely with Tech Support and R&D
Manage communication with the business at a detailed functional level, discuss/resolve issues, and manage customer expectations
Process and Handle product liability cases if necessary
Training current and new staff members

Job Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of supervisory duty experience in Wholesale Customer Service area
5 - 7 years of combined CS/Quality Assurance and/or Inside Sales experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to effectively prioritize handling multiple phone lines and multi-tasks in high pressure and high volume environment
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Strong knowledge of any CRM system ()
Ability and willingness to learn Technical aspects of Products.
