Description
AppleOne Employment services is currently recruiting for a qualified IT manager for a customer service outsourcing company in Mendota Heights, MN. We are looking for an IT guru with great people skills and an ability to manage large teams of people.

Principle Responsibilities:

Manage IT department and support staff
Monitor and support production systems
Install, configure, and support Windows NT and 2000 Servers
Implement client start up
Install, configure, and support SQL 7.0 and SQL 2000
Write T-SQL scripts for internal and client reporting
Participate in projects performed by the IS/IT Department
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
Make recommendations to implement improved processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
High level of familiarity with Apple product lines
Two years NT/2000 sever administration
Two years SQL server administration
UNIX experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in multi-tasked environment
Ability to prioritize and organize work
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule

Work Environment:

Call Center/Office environment
Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds
