Skills
Minimum 5 years experience on Oracle 11i
Minimum of 2 engagements of implementing Oracle 11i Applications on RAC
Minimum of 2 years experience with Performance Tuning on Oracle 11i Applications
Minimum of 2 performance tuning engagements with Advanced Supply Chain (ASCP)
Experience with middle tier implementation of SSO and DMZ is a plus
Experience with Concurrent Manager (PCP) is a plus
Experience with Siebel application is a plus
Application DBA for Advanced Supply Chain (ASCP)

Location:
Preferred locations are West (30% of target), Northeast (30% of target) rest of US (40%)

Two types of salaries or rates, One a billing rate and bench rate.
Bench pay should be as close to 50% of the billing compensation.
Client will aim for keeping the consultants billing 90% of the time.
ANY ONE PLACED ON THE VIRTUAL BENCH WOULD BE AT Client's DISCRETION TO GO WHERE AND WHEN ORACLE SAYS AND MAY REQUIRE IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT AS IF THEY WERE AN EMPLOYEE.
