Marketing/Web Designer Needed!

My client located in Laguna Hills is looking for a Marketing/Web Developer. They are a small Web Development Consulting Company. This is a temporary position that could turn into something permanent if it is the right fit. The requirements are pretty strict so if you have someone that fits the criteria send them my way. Requirements:

- 5+ years Web UI design experience
- Expert in Web UI technologies (HTML, XHTML, CSS, absolute/relative positioning layouts, adaptive to screen resolution)
- Cross-browser technologies and HTML validation
- Proficiency using Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver/Fireworks, Firebug, Skin Branding

- Excellent fundamental graphic design and Web design skills including presentation, layout, composition, color, and readability
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing or managing user interface development standards for medium to large scale Web applications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Graphic Design, etc.)
