This position is responsible for loading client data into a predictive dialer system, maintaining data loaded to the dialer and shipping the results of the dialing process to the data warehouse. The position is also responsible for the creation, maintenance and improvement of all dialer scripts assigned to their location; the implementation of change requests to the dialer scripts and system; and providing desktop and network support to the telemarketing staff in troubleshooting and resolving end user issues.
Rapidly growing telecommunications and collections company seeking qualified candidates with the following skills:

Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) syntax, SQL Server Management Studio and related tools.

Advanced knowledge or Microsoft Windows operating systems including best practices, software installation/configuration, hardware and network configuration, basic system administration and troubleshooting.

Basic working knowledge of Visual Basic or C# development, Visual Studio environment and TCP/IP network topology and trouble shooting..

Two years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 database systems including data management and analysis is essential.

Qualified candidates should possess an AA degree in computer science or MCDBA; and/or two to four years related IT experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
