Description
Established company in Anaheim Hills is seeking a Technical Support Supervisor that has overall responsibility for a tech support call center operations and up to 10 permanent and temporary employees.

Requirements

Technical knowledge of residential and commercial security / monitoring products; minimum 5 years of electronic repair experience
Supervisory experience in a call center tech support / customer service environment of 7 or more team members
Familiarity with technical training initiatives and development
Bachelors Degree in Electronics or related field
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Experience using computer-based systems to manage operations, such as Microsoft Office tools
Experience with current Microsoft operating systems especially XP and Vista
Independent self-starter with effective and creative problem solving skills to help the organization achieve its objectives

Skills
Strong leadership skills
Exceptional planning and organizational abilities to prioritize and deliver results in a timely manner
Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing CCTV cameras/ DVR and coax cable is a plus
General electrical knowledge
Experience in networking
Knowledge of routers and port forwarding
