Immediate need for IT Supervisor seeking a challenging opportunity while working for a leader in the Telecommunications and Collections industry! Easy freeway access, rewarding work environment, and state of the art facilities are perks of this exciting position! This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for analyzing, creating and maintaining the company's information systems. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize the diversified workload.
**Ideal candidate will have help desk support, DBA experience AND network administrator background and have worked for small to medium sized companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(other duties may be assigned as needed)
-Import/Export of client data to/from data warehouse servers. This may include using existing or creation of suitable tools to massage the data as needed.
-Creating applications based upon predictive dialer script language to collect and store customer data.
-Design and create reports based upon customer requirements.
-Day-to-Day troubleshooting and administration of workstations, servers and peripherals.
-Improves current systems by studying practices, procedures, and problems to present feasible alternatives.
-Author and maintain various system and procedural documentation.
-Providing technical assistance to answer questions and resolve problems.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
-Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include managing and training on site IT staff on new and changing systems requirements and to collaborate with IT staff at other offices.

-Programming in one or more languages is required because of the dynamic nature of customer requirements.
-Managing People: Includes staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement; takes responsibility for subordinates activities.
-Attendance/Punctuality: Is consistently at work on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.

Software Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have experience managing within a call center and/or collections environment, proficient in MS Applications (2005 or newer), Crystal Reports, SQL, C#, as well as VB and/or VB.net. Artiva and/or FACS software knowledge is required.
