Do you have 5+ years experience as a Systems Engineer providing LAN and Desktop support to multiple office locations? If so, read on!

What you need to apply:
- 5+ years experience using remote desktop applications for supporting users
- Experience providing LAN and Desktop technical support
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office & Adobe product suites
- RDP, Crossloop and VNC
- Symantec Antivirus and Ghost imaging software
- Internet Explorer
- Email clients (groupwise, gmail)
- Handheld devices
- Video conferencing equipment
- Firewalls (Checkpoint & Linksys)
- Switches (Linksys, Netgear, Cisco)
**Must be able to pass criminal background check**

What you will be doing:
- LAN and Desktop technical support to multiple office locations in the Mid Atlantic region
- Resolve escalated tickets from the helpdesk
- Coordinate onsite work to be done by vendors
- Site coordination of hardware/software purchases
- Coordinate installation of firewall, network cables, switches and routers
- Some travel required
