Description
Seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for an Enterprise-Class Integrator. The position will require you to wear many different hats. Professionals with Technology Sales, Pre/Post Sales Engineering, and/or Project Management experience are welcomed to apply. We are looking for a go-getter that is going to help our organization reach the next level.

The ideal candidate posses the following skills:

--Excellent communication and presentation skills.
--Good organizational and time management skills to work on several accounts simultaneously.
--Strong network analysis, network design and presentation skills - must have experience evaluating existing network infrastructure and making recommendations.
--Prior experience with VOIP implementation (Cisco CallManager or Avaya systems are acceptable) highly desirable.
--Excellent troubleshooting skills. The ability to lead large engineering teams with diverse skill sets to the resolution of complex converged data network and voice communication issues.
--Strong understanding of networking technologies including; TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, VLAN, QoS, VoIP, various WAN technologies (Frame Relay, MPLS, etc)
--Experience with configuration and implementation of data switches and routers; Cisco, Avaya, Foundry, Extreme products are a plus.
--Ability to create QoS implementation plans, IP addressing schemes, and VLAN designs.
--Lead a team of engineers during the pre-implementation phases of a converged solution to ensure the customer*s converged data network is ready to support the Avaya Communications Solution to be implemented.
--Knowledge of LAN/WAN security a plus.
--Cisco and Avaya certifications, CCNA, ACA, etc.
