Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in performing systems analysis, development, and implementation in a business, mathematical, or scientific setting using a variety of information
technology resources. Experience with current and emerging technologies.
Of the 7 years experience, a minimum of 5 years specialized experience encompassing the following areas: Demonstrated the ability to formulate and define system scope and objectives for assigned projects, Demonstrated the ability to prepare detailed specifications for programs. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Demonstrated technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
