Description
Responsible for cross-referencing and asset tagging new assets which consist of high-end desktops, laptops, LCD monitors, printers, Servers & Networking devices and then uploading this information into a Magic Inventory database and notify purchasing of these receipts by sending them all pertinent asset related information(asset#, serial# & PO#)
Coordinate and maintain data base integrity by updating asset movement for all Boston, US Domestic & Global Offices.
Send obsolete inventory reports monthly to the Finance Department, and coordinate pricing with vendors for off-site disposal
Responsible for obtaining quotes with vendors and creating purchase requisitions to replenish Inventory Levels.
Provide published daily Inventory reports documenting run rate usage and availability for all high-end assets desk tops, lap tops, LCD monitors and printers that have been issued and remain in the Asset tracking Center.
Fulfill Technicians equipment requests upon receiving approval from managers and then documenting this information on Excel spreadsheets.

Experience/Skills
To be able to work in an independent role with minimal supervision in a critical environment.
Some heavy lifting is required
Packaging and shipping of equipment to US Domestic and Global Offices.
Submit tickets to the Solution Center to have departing client equipment reclaimed and forwarded to Asset Tracking Center by Client Technology Group.
To be able to recognize priority situations
Good customer service skills required
Dedicated, Organized & High -Energy skills are preferred
