We have an immediate opening for BUSINESS ANALYSTS with FACETS. Must have online experience with Membership and/or Billing.

Responsibilities will include:
Analytical day to day support for FACETS enrollment and billing system and system enhancements
Facilitating, as necessary, requirements development sessions (using RUP methodology)
Developing requirements documentation (included use cases).
Providing life-cycle support to software developers and testers.
Providing Facets (version 4.X ) system training and mentoring to other internal Business Analysts and contractors - including knowledge of conversions from earlier versions of Facets to version 4.X
Providing production support for current version of Facets (2.96)
User Acceptance Testing Support

Experience/Skills
Position Requires:
4+ years of business analysis/system support required.
Strong FACETS Membership and Billing software experience. MUST INCLUDE ONLINE EXPERIENCE
Healthcare payor experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills required.
Ability to coordinate with internal customers, participating on a project team on a day-to-day basis, while effectively providing status to Management.
Strong written and verbal abilities.
Ability to analyze and document system procedures.
Fluency in software development lifecycles, including business requirements definition, functional design creation, SOP/training coordination, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Must have enrollment and billing business and/or technical knowledge.
