Business Process Analysis skills will be utilized in addition to requirements analysis, developing design alternatives, coding and testing/validation.

Experience/Skills
. Experience with WinRunner, LoadRunner, and TestDirector - Intermediate Level.

. SQL/DB2; IDMS, Access, ASP, Oracle, data modeling skills desired.

. Solid understanding of requirements gathering/requirements analysis, including the ability to interface and work cohesively with a large team of client users and developers

. Familiarity or experience with Joint Application Design and Rapid Application Design methodologies, including Use Case analysis and iterative development

. Junior level development programming background a plus - WebSphere, XML, MQ Series, Mainframe/Legacy applications including COBOL/COBOL II, Microsoft Office 2000.

. Prior proven successful experience in Systems Analysis; Structured Analysis and Structured Design required - Intermediate level.

. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; proven ability to develop software engineering life-cycle documents (general/detailed requirements; design alternatives; detail program specifications, test plans, test case scenarios, etc.).

. Software estimation; risk management; process improvement/familiarity with CMM/CMMI.

. Ability to investigate/research problems, determine impact, and provide cost-effective solutions.

. Self-starter, highly motivated individual needed; team player who adapts to changes in client requirements and priorities.

. Some project management responsibilities, including risk management, configuration management, project monitoring, tracking and statusing, etc.

. Curiosity to keep up with new tools in the market and innovative ideas to improve processes within a team setting
