Level 1 - 1-3 years experience. May have prior financial market/banking exposure. Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business requirements

Level 2 - 3-5 years experience. Prior banking knowledge. Responsible for end to end requirements gathering and functionality. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. Will perform enhancements and may test in a OAT environment. May also include experience with configuration management and associated technologies. PM skills, Microsoft Office, Budget Plans, good presentation skills.

Level 3 - 5+ years experience. Prior banking knowledge. Responsible for end to end requirements gathering and functionality. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. Will perform enhancements and may test in a OAT environment. May also include experience with configuration management and associated technologies. . Aptitude to learn and has good written and oral communication skills. Ran projects from start to finish.

Level 4 - 7+ years experience. Must have specific experience running similar projects at other investment banks. Business Units include but are not limited to Equities, FX, Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, Risk Management, Fixed Income. The role will require full trading lifecycle projects and generally require very SPECIFIC niche products. May also include experience with configuration management and associated technologies. Candidates should have completed multiple end to end trading systems management projects.df-tc
