Description
CDI is looking for an I&E Designer in Pasadena, TX

Proficient with AutoCAD, Excel spreadsheet, and basic
database applications.

10+ years of industry experience

Must have High Voltage experience

Performs routine to difficult design assignments, which require knowledge and skill in basic drafting techniques, procedures, knowledge or applicable industry standards, and design standards.

Prepares complex engineering and constructions drawing from scratch, sketches or verbal instruction, utilizing manual or computer-assisted drafting/design techniques.

Performs related fundamental engineering support tasks such as updating computer lists, filing prints, distributing drawings, making simple calculations, proofreading reports, compiling Bills of Materials, etc.

Understanding of instrument installation requirements in electrically classified areas.

Ability to specify and design power & grounding needs for instrument installation.

Ability to design & specify components & terminations for complete instrumentation wiring.

Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and follow instructions.

Reasonable communication skills.df-tc
