We have an immediate need for a Property Manager who has experience with properties used for DoD Contracts!
JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI Government Services is seeking an experienced Property Manager to provide property management support for leased facility operations and modifications, including remote-site facilities. This long term assignment, located in Howard County, Maryland, near Columbia, MD. CDI offers company paid benefits including vacation and paid holidays.

We require:
* Bachelor???s Degree or equivalent
* 10-15 years experience in a position of facilities and/or project/program management, with at least 5 years of proven property management experience. This property management experience should include renewal, infrastructure, layout, budget, team leadership, and contracts experience.
* Demonstrated management of multiple remote sites.
* Proficient in using Windows-based PC workstations with emphasis on Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels in order to diplomatically respond to complaints and concerns. Project management experience.
* Able to manage complex issues, budgets, and interact with staff at all levels both with internal cross-functional teams, and external entities.
* Ability to be processed for a DoD Secret Clearance.

The following experience and skills are considered a PLUS:
* Active DoD Clearance
* Technical knowledge and practical experience in areas of building management, quality assurance role, with audit and industry benchmarking experience.
* Certifications in Facilities Management such as BOMI or IFMA
* Working knowledge of building and life safety codes.


Note: CDI conducts background investigations and pre-employment Drug Screens.
Person chosen must be authorized to work in the U.S. WITHOUT requiring VISA SPONSORSHIP to be able to enter the facility.
