A full-time HRMS PeopleSoft Developer with experience in HRMS 8.x to provide application development, customization, and maintenance for our implementation of HRMS.

Experience/Skills
The right candidate will have the following experience:1. Minimum 3 years PeopleSoft HRMS 8.x development experience. Ability to provide effective systems development using the following software tools and languages: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Messaging, PeopleSoft Workflow, Crystal, SQR and Portal technology.2. Computer Information Systems degree or equivalent. 5 years IT work experience; 5 years Windows/Web-based programming experience. Experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Networking tools.3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.4. 2-3 years Oracle database experience.Required Qualifications:1. Minimum 3 years PeopleSoft development experience with the following software tools and languages: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Messaging, PeopleSoft Workflow, Crystal, SQL and SQR.2. 3-5 years minimum experience in Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation of systems.3. Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.4. Outstanding customer service skills. Drive for results.5. Strong team player.6. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills working with technical and non-technical staff.7. Must be able to work overtime as required, weekend, and/or evenings.8. Bachelor or advanced degree in Information systems or related discipline desiredOther Desired Skills: IBM mainframe experience.
