We currently have an immediate need for Lead QA Tester with experience testing Web applications. In this position you will:
. Lead a three-person testing and validation team.
. Collaborate with requirements analysts to document system and software requirements.
. Generate and execute test plans and test cases to ensure enterprise applications meet system and software requirements.
. Create and maintain system and software artifacts as required.
. Assist with incorporating appropriate testing processes, techniques, and tools within the within the clients system/software engineering environment.
. Communicate with the client through strong interpersonal skills and a high level of customer interaction

Experience/Skills
Potential candidates must possess:
. 3+ years background in the design, enhancement, maintenance, and updating of Web-based applications with a focus on requirements analysis and testing.
. Demonstrated proficiency applying system/software quality control testing processes and methodologies to include generating and executing test plans and test cases in a distributed intranet environment and mainframe environment.
. Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
. Demonstrated leadership skills.
. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills.
. Demonstrated excellent teamwork & interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills / Education / Experience:
. Enterprise Information Integration or Enterprise Application Integration
. Software Engineering Tools
. Defect tracking processes and methods.
. Object Oriented Software Analysis, Design, and Development and Component-based development.
. Section 508 requirements and testing.
