Description
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in training software applications.

Primary Duties:
Instructor works with our customers in the learning and use of our products.
Training will be in the form of workshops and one-on-one sessions on-site at the customer location are at our headquarters in Irvine.
Additional training methods will include remote sessions using conference phone calls and a web browser at the customer site.
Instructor provides customer feedback on the products and services to Software Development, Marketing & Sales, and Professional Services in the enhancement of training course materials and course delivery methods
Instructor is also responsible for all course enrollment activities

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral skills
Ability to understand and convey complex software applications and the resultant benefits
Knowledge of and sedf-tc
