At least 4 years experience in systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, and project planning.

Applications development experience preferred.

Keen understanding of TSO/ISPF as well as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.

Must have excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Must have outstanding communication skills, verbal and written (samples may be requested).

Candidates must be able to clearly and effectively articulate business information - both written and verbally.

Experience in end-user training (including documentation and possible presentations) is a plus.




Skills Requirements:
Working experience with mainframe applications, specifically COBOL, DB2, SQL, and SPUFI. Experience with Oracle is a plus but not a necessity.

Proficient in
Must have excellent validation skills (including developing test cases; tracking between requirements and test cases; and verification of tests).

Education and Certifications:
Related BA/BS degree required
