Our east side client has immediate opening to hire a permanent Oracle DBA. This highly visible position will be involved with many areas of responsibility. The Oracle Database Administrator role will include everyday duties around performance, backups and troubleshooting. But this role will also be involved with Security patches, Disaster recovery, Change control processes, Replication, RDBMS design, Veritas clustering, Scripting in Shell and Perl, and Query tuning not to mention more. Our client has a diverse and challenging environment. A willingness to go above and beyond is expected here. If you have proven years experience with Oracle Databases ( some SQL Server knowledge ) and want to work with an elite team, reply today.
