72571 Web Project Manager / Developer - Customer Projects

- Web project developer and manager, acting as internal liaison to all technical, design and development teams involved in the entire client life cycle of strategic accounts.

- Maximize customer satisfaction with projects and opportunities to generate more business.

- Conduct pre-sales technical consultancy and needs analysis, specification and project management. Projects are custom website development using our platforms and products for Internet commerce.

- Project management through to implementation; delivery planning and project implementation; change request and website development management; client communication; identify resource needs, work with internal groups to assign appropriate resources and produce and monitor scheduling; act as liaison between sales, client and technical staff and maintain positive client relationships.

- Advise account managers and client on appropriate solutions; provide Technical pre-sales support, assisting account managers with the "technical close"; write technical sections of proposals if necessary, attend meetings with prospects and clients if relevant.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Commitment to growing professionally.

- Website project management experience.

- Demonstrated knowledge of related technologies.

- Understanding of implementation issues and technical environments.

Desirable / pluses:

- Knowledge of publishing industry.

- Website development skills.

- Ability to communicate clearly with technical, sales and client audiences via telephone and email.

- Demonstrable hands-on project management experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or other project management tools.

- PMP certification.
