*Program Manager - Systems - NSA Marketplace*

Key Role:
This new and exciting senior level opportunity will provide leadership and direction to the Systems/Information Technology team in Central Maryland. Direct all phases of the programs and projects from inception through completion. Develop new business or expand service offerings with clients. Direct the establishment of design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for research, development, integration, and testing. Manage small teams of consultants, the proposal process, negotiate contracts, operating budgets, financial terms and conditions of contracts, and program review sessions with clients.

Functional/Industry Knowledge:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in government industry or consulting services in the Intel Community preferably at a Project or Program Manager level
- Significant management experience in one of the following areas:
Software Engineering:
Object Oriented Analyses & Design - C++, Java, .NET, J2EE, C#.
Embedded & Algorithm Development - Assembly language.
Database Engineering:
DBA, Architecture or Development Data Migration, Data Mining - Oracle, Sybase, SQL
Systems Engineering: Requirements (DOORS, PVCS), Architecture (DODAF, Popkin, Rational Rose, UML), Integration, Test Planning (LoadRunner, Test Director, WinRunner) IV&V, and Configuration Management (ClearCase, ClearQuest, Razor)
Infrastructure Engineering: System Administration, Network Engineering, Hardware Engineering (RF, Digital Circuit Design, Network Systems)
- Experiences in structuring and execution of large Intelligence engagements
- Proven track record developing, selling and closing solution-based consulting services with executives in the Federal Government.

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:
Bachelors degree in a related field required. MBA or Master's preferred.
