Description
Candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in designing, documenting, and building automated test cases while working with development teams to improve our products. Experience with the Mercury Interactive toolset (TestDirector, WinRunner, Quality Center, Etc.) is needed. df-tc

Experience/Skills
The candidate should possess the following skills:

Experience working with test automation projects, within the framework of the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of test automation issues, including maintainability issues.
1-3 years test automation experience.
At least 1 year of experience with the Mercury toolset, including TestDirector, WinRunner, and/or QuickTest Pro
Familiarity with the technical review (a.k.a. inspection) process.
Proven ability to work well within a team and communicate professionally and accurately.
Self-starter with ability to suggest improvements in a professional manner.
Adhere to all defined best-practices, standards and procedures.
Ability to prioritize and manage individual work queue to deliver according to agreed upon schedules
Ability to problem solve quickly and thoroughly
