SUMMARY
Crowe is embarking on a major systems transformation, which includes the implementation of its first ERP-based system (i.e., SAP). The individual who fills this role will be instrumental to establishing, developing and maintaining Crowe's SAP configuration to meet the organization's on-going information and transaction needs. They will be expected to deliver in a manner that produces value-adding, timely and cost effective results. As the Lead in this area, this individual will also participate in the development of SAP Configuration best practices and standards and mentor other SAP Configurators in these best practices, as necessary. Working collaboratively with outside consultants, the individual in this role will be responsible for delivering project objectives within established timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with our SAP implementation team to ensure smooth and coordinated rollout of the ECC 6.0 components, including HCM and FI/CO, and CRM. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert as assigned.

Assist with the design, documenting, configuring, testing, and implementation of the SAP applications to support various business and financial processes.

Create and maintain processes and tools to deliver solutions that meet the time, cost and quality targets defined by the business.

Partner with business process owners to ensure the firm is well-versed on these processes on an ongoing basis.

Resolve support issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 5 years of experience in understanding, translating, and implementing business processes into effective SAP FI/CO software configurations.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Participated in multiple SAP implementations and/or upgrades.

Experience with SAP's base FI/CO required.

Must be familiar with Accelerated SAP and Run SAP methodologies.

Experience with the HCM and/or CRM modules preferred.

Experience with the Payroll module, BSI Tax Factory, and Multi-Jurisdictional Tax implementations considered a plus.

Experience with SAP Query and Ad Hoc Query Tools preferred.

Experience with SAP NetWeaver preferred.

Experience with programming (ABAP and/or Java) is considered a plus.

Experience with Solution Manager preferred.

Must demonstrate an ability to quickly build an effective work rapport with others, including the ability to learn from and teach others.

Must demonstrate strong customer focus.

Must be responsive to problems raised by the business and adjust quickly to changing priorities based on sound business judgment and impact analysis.

Strong communication, leadership, and task management skills required.

Able to mentor others in best practices in both formal and informal coaching relationships.
