Description
SQL Server 6.5 - 2000 DBA familiar with support of a production application, including multiple environments (development, QA, and Production). Experience with query optimization, data loads using DTS, SQL Server Agent, managing a database backup schedule and restore of databases to backup/disaster recovery servers, server performance tuning, and security (creating new users, maintaining database security) are required. Erwin 4.1 is used for all data modeling.


Familiar with versions SQL 6.5 - 2000 of SQL Server
including creation of database objects (stored procedures,
triggers, views and tables)
DR Planning (backup and recovery, use of warm stand by servers)
Performance Tuning
DTS
BCP
SQL Server Agent jobs
Security

Data Modelling and use of ERwin 4.1

experience in DOS/Window Scripting and BATCH programming
including the use of:
SSH/SFTP
ISQL/OSQLdf-tc

Experience/Skills
