At- Tech specializes in providing IT Staffing and project based services. Our growing San Diego office will be adding a full- cycle Technical Recruiter to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive sales team. Our best recruiters easily earn on average a package of $100k plus. This full- time position offers full benefits. The candidate of choice will be responsible for managing a full life- cycle process including recruiting and sourcing technical candidates from a customized database, Internet job boards and referrals. Responsibilities include but not limited to interviewing and qualifying potential candidates for open positions, check references, schedule interviews, and negotiate salaries. You will work closely with Account Managers to identify hiring trends and strategies.df-tc
