'-Familiarity with basic web and application server components and functionality (Apache, Apache tomcat, Axis2 preferred)
-Familiarity with performance testing execution, including basic Load Runner experience.Net and C# developmer and system support.
-Familiar with Middleware concepts, and use of TIBCO for Integration Solution.
-Excellent details design and technical design development skillsdocuments and implement
-Wintel server operating system support
-Basic knowledge of Oracle databases administration, and SQL scripting, PL/SQL
-Knowledge of version management (TFS [Team Foundation Server] knowledge preferred)
-Familiarity with high availability technologies
-Disaster recovery planning and testing
-Experience dealing with multiple tiers of an application
-Visual Studio
-Experience with .NET and C#
