Telecommunications Manager. Working on-site at a large public facility, you would be responsible for supervising a team of engineers, installation technicians, customer service reps, and administrators who together support an extensive voice and data network. The facility's telecommunications assets include a Nortel CS1000M with Call Pilot and custom call accounting software, with 320 handsets; a Cisco 3640 router connected through fiber and copper to 17 Allied Telesyn 24-port switches and 22 Cisco 1200 Series access points; and assorted peripherals and related equipment. Operation of the facility involves frequent installations and removals, with ongoing changes to the configurations of the voice and data networks. You would be responsible for meeting operational benchmarks and for P&L performance of the telecommunications function. Position requires demonstrated familiarity with a wide range of telecommunications systems, proven management and organizational ability, and a track record of customer satisfaction.

Typical Minimums:
Bachelor's degrees from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4+ years or more of professional.
