Does Strategic Planning and Workflow ring music in your ears? AND Have you designed and delivered a Workflow Plan for a Call Center? If you answered 'YES' then lets talk!

Currently, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager with Strategic Planning and Workflow that will be responsible for putting together a department wide Strategic Plan for5 Workflow for a Call Center and a plan for deliverables in the next 6 months. Selected individual will work on a long term strategic plan, must be someone who can design and create the Presentations and Plans using PowerPoint with strategic planning as their main role in the past. Selected individual must have experience delivering strategic plans for Workflow, ideally using IBM's Workflow Manager.
