KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and direct medium to large projects

  • Apply specialized project management methods, along with project management skills, to define project scope, plans, schedules, and documentation
    Translate generalized business goals and objectives into concrete strategies and tactical plans

  • Manage project success from beginning to end and provide resource management and accountability for cross-functional resources

  • Develop resource plans and perform resource leveling and utilization analyses

  • Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors to achieve best result

  • Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices in developing corporate methods, techniques


      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

      • Ensure on-time and on budget delivery of projects original scope and provide proper notification of scope change and slippage to project schedule or budget

      • Develop and report progress against formal schedules, benefits realization, issues and risk management tasks

      • Ensure deadlines are calculated as efficiently as possible, and established and adhered to on a daily basis

      • Optimize and justify the need for project resources from cross-functional areas

      • Ensure documented project policies and standards are followed



          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in project management or process improvement

          • Experience in projects and management of cross-functional project resource teams

          • Technical Documentation abilities

          • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

          • Management and scheduling experience

          • Member of PMI, PMP Certification a plus

          • Six Sigma certification a plus
