Assignment Capsule
As a RightSource Process Manager you will analyze, create, improve and implement new operational processes across various functional areas of RightSource, evaluating the effects of your process changes by quantitatively and qualitatively measuring them against internal and external benchmarks.

  • Identify departmental objectives and drive process methodology that will achieve all desired business outcomes.
  • Model business consultation capabilities to align required needs with executable business solutions.
  • Articulate a realistic vision that incorporates continuous operational improvements into daily business practice.

Role Essentials
Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio

    Role Desirables
    • Master's Degree on Business Administration
    • Six-Sigma Certification

      Reporting Relationships
      You will report to the Director, Pharmacy Professional Practice. This area is under the leadership of the RightSource Chief Operating Officer.
