Specialize in following areas;

1. RFIC circuit design and manger positions

2. Analog IC circuit design and manager positions

3. ASIC or FPGA front end design, verification or back end Physical IC Design

4. Chip tools support and EDA methodologies like any tools from Synopsys, Verisity, Mentor, Cadence, Magma

5. Software positions including; Web based software development, device drivers, DSP / Processor Assembly, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JD Edwards, Lawson, SOX,


Formalized Design is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst for a 6 month contract in Santa Clara, CA. This is a Sr. level position (at least 5 years of experience), and we are looking for someone with very strong SQL Server Development skills.




Project Description:

Contractor will be working on a Revenue Audit project. The purpose is to create a system to track all revenue and pricing. This is a new project using SQL Server 2005 and reporting services.




Daily Responsibilities:

Analyze and write requirements document, create functional spec or design spec, work with the application developers during the design phase, test the application etc.




Necessary Skills:

-More than 5 years of technical experience designing and developing data base applications in either SQL Server or Oracle. SQL Server 2005 experience highly desirable





-Prior experience doing Requirement Analysis, creating functional or design spec, testing etc. required.




Additional Skills Desired:

-Other experience that is useful is Oracle database development and CMMi knowledge
