Description
Team's client, the State of NC ESC, is seeking a contractor to provide computer programming services, assisting the permanent staff upgrade an unemployment insurance application(s)
  • Current system is a browser-based application written in .NET 2.0 with heavy use of JavaScript
  • Job includes implementation of standards and best practices, system tuning, the creation of standard and specialized queries and documentation

    Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a VB.NET programmer and analyst
  • Minimum 5 years experience developing ASP.NET and .NET applications
  • Minimum 2 years of .NET 2.0 programming experience is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing standards and best practices in .NET 2.0
  • Experience writing .NET applications that optimize access to very large data sets
  • Proven communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team on assigned tasks
  • Prefers experience in projects of similar scope and complexity
