.NET Team Lead/Senior Application Developer


Position Description:
· Provides functional direction to staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
· Assist Director, Operation, IT Manger, Maintenance Manger & Technical Project Managers.
· Support Business Analyst defining the business requirements & production support
· Infrastructure support, if impacts on the application
· Make recommendation on Process Improvement
· Provide .NET support to development staff and manage .NET team.
· Assist in building a .NET Development Team
· Participate, respond to questions, identifying tasks, provide task hours to RFP’s
· Review & provide estimates on new projects or enhancements
· Participate in the interview process with potential staff members.
· Directs and coordinates activities related to the design, development and implementation of software operating systems
· Plans, conducts, and coordinates business programming applications activities
· Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements
· Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for improvements
· Manages the development and implementation of web applications
· Manages the technical programming and database development related to the organization’s website
· All other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:
· Technical knowledge in Microsoft .NET web-based solution and development using .NET Framework, ASP.NET, BizTalk, Visual Studio C#,SQL Server, Ajax, Team Foundation Server, Web Services, XML,
· Extensive knowledge of Software Life Cycle
· Excellent communicator.
· Self Managed and able to work in a dynamic atmosphere.
· Strong understanding of project management and expected to manage projects.


Education and Typical Years Experience:
· At least 6 years of relevant experiences in the analysis, design, implementation and post implementation support of medium to large complex applications
· At least 3 years of relevant working experiences as Technical Lead using Microsoft .NET technologies and able to lead a team of 3 – 5 developers
· Minimum College Degree
